When these bubs were born on 01.04.17, they didn't have a good start. They were found abandoned one by one when only a week old and their lives were in the balance. They were a litter of 4 but, at around 3 weeks of age, one poorly little girl passed away. The other three have been thriving since going into care with their current foster mum and are now fully vetted and ready for their new homes. We've listed them all together here because they are very special little kittens. Although unconfirmed, it is possible that their little sister suffered from FIP which has some implications for the whole litter. We have a lot of information about FIP and are looking forward to seeing the results at the end of June from current researchers at UC Davis who are testing a new drug which may, for the first time, be a cure. These three kittens are extremely healthy, happy little kids and their chances of being affected are very slim but we want to let anyone interested in adopting, know a little of the history.
