About Betty
Hi, I'm Betty and I'm a single mum looking for love.
The kids have all grown up and doing their own thing these days and found families of their own etc.
My foster mum said that I should try internet dating and that Pet Rescue is the place to get seen. So here goes...
Age: In human years, I'm probably 2
Colour: Black
Fur length: I like to keep it short
Eye Colour: Yellow with a dash of green
Likes: Re-living my long lost kitten hood, relaxing around the house
Favourite Music: Spiderbait, Ram Jam & Tom Jones
Should you be looking for that special lady in your life, I'd love to hear from you. I don't think you can "Swipe right" on this particular dating app, I think you have to click on the adoption enquiry instead.
Love of love,
Betty x
**************************************************************
Hey there, I'm Betty's current foster carer and I have much more to tell you about Betty. She's had a pretty rough start in life and is now ready for the next phase which i've promised her will be a good one!
She is a friendly girl and seems to have been loved by someone once, but that changed for her at some point. Owners maybe moved away from the house leaving her behind? Possibly dumped at the Train Station where she was found? Whatever happened, it happened before she'd had her vital vet work completed :(
From what the vet said upon desexing her, she seems to have had countless litters of kittens and its probably all she's known from a young age. Life on the streets can't have been easy with kittens to feed. Meals were not readily available and she is therefore small for her age.
She's gained a good amount of weight and her coat is looking nice and glossy like it should do! She has had the much needed vet work and is ready for adoption.
Her beautiful babies that were rescued along with her have found good homes. But its now Betty's turn to find that special someone who will fill her life with love and I'm sure she will give plenty of love in return.
To have a meet and greet with Betty please click on the link to adoption enquiry form if you think you'd be her perfect date!
Thank you!

Medical notes
Betty has a slight wheeze and her lungs are scarred from a possible infection that she has had at some stage during her life. This doesn't change her life span or anything about her. She will live a normal life just like any other cat. Its just something to be aware of.
She has had all her vet work done and she will come fully vaccinated and microchipped.
