About Ralph ~ sweet Bull Arab x puppy (25/8/2017)
Ralph is an 11 week old, male, Bull Arab x puppy. He absolutely loves to snuggle.
Ralph is independent and quite active. He loves to roll around in the grass and wrestle with his doggy pals. He loves to be vocal when he plays, it’s quite entertaining to watch.
Ralph may be crazy at times but he also has a very sweet side and his little face just melts your heart. Although Ralph adores children, he can be a bit rough so he would better suit older children. We are teaching him at the moment to be gentle and he is responding very quickly. Ralph responds to a firm NO or UHH and is learning basic training such as sit and stay. He is also toilet trained but needs to be let out regularly. We do recommend ongoing training and puppy classes to give him the best start to a happy life.
It would be a plus if you have an adult friendly dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Ralph. He has been socialised with both small and large breeds. Ralph is going to be quite a large dog so high fences are needed.
Ralph is crate trained but has also adjusted to sleeping outside with 2 other dogs. He does love to come inside and cuddle up next to you on the lounge.
Ralph is such a beautiful happy boy and would love to become a part of your family!
Ralph's sister Rosee is also available for adoption.
As Ralph is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Ralph, please contact his foster mum Chontelle on 0477 779 534 or email bubbles13.5.11@hotmail.com. Ralph is in care in the Cessnock area, NSW (near Newcastle).

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
