About Honey
Introducing Honey!
Gorgeous girl Honey has a very sweet personality. She is outgoing and confident and appears to be the leader in her litter. She is an very smart girl who will be very loyal to her new family.
Honey loves to explore and go on her adventures around the yard. Watching her antics can be very entertaining. She aims to please her people and has been very easy to train and she loves being praised for being a clever girl. She has already learnt to 'sit' and will 'wait' for her dinner. Being a typical pup she sometimes forgets but does her best to remember.
Obedience training will be a great way for Honey to continue learning boundaries while she is still young.
While in care she has loved having the company of the other dogs and we would love to see this continue for her in her new home. Honey would like to have a desexed male pal in her new home to help her continue learning what life is all about and to offer her lots of guidance and company when her family are busy.
Toilet training was really easy for Honey. She currently gets to spend lots of time indoors and sleep inside overnight to help her feel warm and safe. She can now hold on overnight and is learning to let her carers know when she needs to go outside.
A home with a good sized backyard will be important for Honey to have the space she needs to move as she grows. Considering her breed she could grow quite big and could also be a very active girl who will need plenty of exercise and stimulation to keep her mind busy and prevent her from becoming bored and destructive. An active medium-large sized canine companion would be the best match for her.
Please send us an enquiry if you believe you have the perfect place for Honey in your home and we will be in touch shortly
Honey is currently in Ferntree Gully, VIC
Medical notes
Honey has been desexed and microchipped. She has only had 1 vaccination and is due for a booster on 30/6. She has also received regular flea and worm treatment while she has been in our care
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
