Hello my name is Bree-Shanna,
I am a female wolfhound and I lost my way and ended up at the AWL so I am now searching for a new home I can call my fur-ever home!
I'm a sweet shy girl who's looking for a quiet calm household to settle into with a family of my own! Wolfhounds are gentle giants who are known for being reserved with strangers.
Bree-Shanna would be best suited to an experienced large dog owner who can help her learn who the good guys are! She will need regular play dates with friendly people and their pets.
Being a large dog I will need regular walks for exercise on a harness as I am a hound breed who likes to chase things! A large yard with plenty of toys to chew would be perfect to keep me busy.
I am very shy and a little unsure of other dogs. I would be best suited to a household with no other doggie friends. A dog beach or off leash park will be a bit overwhelming for me at this stage until I get more confident.
I would be better suited to a home with older children due to my large size so if my new forever family had children it would be best if I meet them before going home so I can make sure we are a good match.
Bree-Shanna needs a special family who can help her overcome her shyness and learn to be more confident - if you have experience with large dogs you could be the special family she is waiting for!
