About Schiller
Look at that face!
Schiller is such a loveable puppy who just loves to be by your side. She is a very affectionate little girl who is very much a snuggler. Schiller would love to spend her evenings curled up with you on the lounge watching TV or tucked into bed with you. She is a true companion dog. Schiller also likes to play just like any puppy. She can be caught doing zoomies and will sometimes play ball with you. You know when Schiller is happy as her little tail wags at a million miles an hour!
During her time in care, Schiller has met a range of other puppies and dogs. She is friendly with all of the doggy friends that she meets and with ongoing socialisation her confidence will blossom. Schiller likes to meet up with other puppy friends that she can wrestle and play with. She will be a moderately active dog and therefore will require daily exercise and stimulation to keep her happy and healthy. Schiller would benefit from continued socialisation and trips out and about where she can meet new friends.
Schiller has begun basic training while in foster care. She has been learning to sit for a yummy treat and walk on a lead. Schiller is food motivated which will aid with her further training. It is very important that her new family are committed to continuing her training so that she grows up to be a well trained adult dog. Schiller is being crate trained but would much rather sleep with you if you let her. She is going well with her toilet training and travels well in the car.
We are looking for a home where Schiller will be considered to be a part of the family and included in the daily activities and outings. She will require a home with another friendly and playful doggy companion and/or someone who is home more often than not as she is not a fan of being left alone. Schiller should be allowed inside to be with the family and will require a warm bed inside to sleep on at night. She is currently in care with a dog friendly cat and has met another cat, both of which she has had excellent manners with, so we believe she would be suited to a home with a resident cat(s). Schiller has also met and lived with children which she has been good with though she can be jumpy so older or dog savvy children would be the best fit.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
