About Drax
Don’t have a crush? Well here is one that will pull your heart strings.
Introducing Drax!
Normally a crush is just good looking and not much of a personality, this is not the case here.
His good looks match his good soul.
Drax is a big goof. He loooovves his people. Flopping all over you, hoping that you catch his eyes so he can draw you in. He loves his cuddles and is all about the attention.
This need for your attention is great for training as he does just want to please. Food helps keep any male happy, so a nibble or two will keep his mind on track. Drax does need someone experienced with large boisterous dogs to guide his development.
The love doesn’t stop with people, it continues to all dogs. His favourites are the ones ready for play time. He is currently in care with other dogs; however, he sometimes needs reminding not to be too boisterous in his play.
Although Drax was not exposed to the world as a pup, he handles every new adventure in his stride. He loves walks and can be a bit strong to start…wait 10mins and he will be puffing louder than you. He is still a young, large dog and will need continued daily exercise and activities to keep his mind stimulated and happy.
He is a good passenger in the car and would want nothing more than to be everywhere with you.
When the sun goes down his long tail wags faster. Do you know why? Because he sleeps in the crate and boy does he love it! I have never seen a dog so excited before. He know when he enters the good treats fall from the sky. He will sleep here through the night without a peep.
Drax is a young big boy that will need a mature family to continue his training with our dog trainer and socialisation to ensure he develops into a gentlemen. Group dog training classes would be amazing and super beneficial for him. He still can get overexcited and further exposure and guidance will settle him down.
He is a special boy, that will make any family lucky to have him. Drax will need to be allowed inside and taken on adventures so he is part of the family. You should have another playful dog at home for company or be at home most days. If you think you are the right person and ready for his love than maybe you can end up with your crush.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
