About Eliza ***2nd Chance Cat Rescue***
Eliza was found on a farm with two litters of kittens over a year ago. One litter were aged six months and the second litter were aged six weeks. Eliza and her kittens had been left by their owner to fend for themselves outside in the winter weather with little shelter or food (apart from what they could catch). Since then Eliza has been adopted, but when her owner moved house she was left behind.
She is such a sweet girl, she deserves much better than this!
Eliza is a beautiful, easy-going, friendly cat who likes people and doesn't seem to be afraid of human things like mops, brooms etc. She likes dogs, cats, children and exploring! She would love a home where she can be an indoor and outdoor cat. She also loves to be patted!
Eliza was named after the famous Australian farmer Eliza Forlonge who came from Europe to Australia in the early 1800's to farm Merino sheep.
