On Hold
Freddie is a handsome ginger male who can tell a story about a wishbone.
This stunning golden boy is peaceful and agreeable with other cats, minds his own business and loves affection. A companionable fellow who can take care of your leftovers even before they are left!
He can help you with your cooking and he even on occasion can dish his own dinner out! well....
If you have other cats he won't argue with them, he doesn't have anything to prove.
Freddie would be good for a family and happy in an apartment or unit so he's quite versatile.
Freddie was collected and taken to our vet where it was discovered he had swallowed a wishbone and it was caught in his throat.
He came back to Catmint Cottage and settled in quickly always with an eye on the food! Although we felt very sympathetic for his days of hunger we managed to help him adjust to a moderate diet but it is not at all surprising that food anxiety had set in.
If you look at the photo of him after he had been here for a week you will see how thin he was compared to the later pics.
All he needs now is a forever home to hang his hat, good company and nice food.
Freddie had a dental as well as the removal of the bone caught in his throat. He was otherwise healthy.
