Hi! I’m Tiki. My party trick is that I can open doors with my teeth. I absolutely loooove training. I’ve never had any training before but I’ve already learnt how to sit and to walk well on the lead. I’ve got good recall too. I adore children so I’m learning not to jump up or nip when I’m really excited. Think I’d probably be better with older children because sometimes I might forget and I wouldn’t want to scare a child.

I’m training my foster carer too :) All I have to do is roll onto my back and she cuddles me and gives me belly rubs. It’s brilliant! I’ve also got her taking me for walks every day where I can play with other dogs. I’m very good when she’s at work and just sleep all day. But when she gets home, it’s jumping jelly beans and walkies time - it’s great that she’s active just like me!

I can fly to my new home for a low fee! For example, my airfare to Perth is $150 or less thanks to QANTAS. A few hours in a plane is sooooo worth it to me because it means I get the chance to have a home - there isn’t a big population where I am now so there aren’t many homes for pets.
