Teddy

My name is Teddy (short for Lord Ted. E. Bear, just in case we’re ever at formal events together). My foster Mummy always says “Teddy by name, Teddy by nature” on account of how much I love to give her cuddles. She says I am such a handsome boy I should probably change my name to Teddy Clooney.
 
I’m a pure bread Maremma (you might have seen one of my relatives on the big screen recently protecting some penguins!), so am a bit different to other dogs you’ve met. I am a little shy around new people, but once I’m sure you’re not a wolf/fox/monster/comic book villain, we’ll be floofy friends forever!
 
I love playing with my foster sisters and brother. We like to go on long walks together (yep, all four of us!) and for frolics at the park (have you ever seen a Maremma frolic? My Mummy says it’s quite something!). Some of my other hobbies include snoozing, dozing, napping and slumbering… all of which I REALLY love to do while my hoomans twiggles my ears. I also like eating… chicken broth and roast chicken are some of my favourites… just so you know.
 
I am a big boy but I am so gentle, you might mistake me for a cloud instead of a dog. I would love a forever home with hoomans who will love and care for me as part of their family – who will give me lots of time and cuddles and roast chicken and let me give them lots of love and cuddles in return (you will have to get your own chicken though – I’m not allowed to use the oven).
