About Thea
**We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry-dogs. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile.**
Thea is a super-smart and sweet-natured pup with energy to burn! She will quickly become a loyal, loving and much-loved member of her lucky new family.
Because we suspect Thea has some working dog breeds in her makeup, she will require an active lifestyle through the rest of her puppyhood and beyond. She is well-behaved on the lead, and very friendly towards adults, kids, and other dogs.
Thea's foster carer believes she would be best suited to a household that has another younger-than-senior dog who can keep up with her passion for play. She currently sleeps inside at night and takes her naps on the lounge... She'd love to continue her life in that vein if possible ;)
MY IDEAL HOME: ... has a human or humans who are at home a lot, and ideally another youngish, active dog who I can romp around with! I'm also hoping to find someone who will keep up a steady supply of chew toys, provide some further basic training, and take me on daily walks.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I am a very active pup, who will grow into a very active adult dog! I'll need daily walks and lots of interactive playtime every day so I don't get bored.
I would benefit from further training, or even some agility work, to keep my brain razor-sharp.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm currently living with three kids under the age of 10 (one of whom is just three), and I adore them all as much as they adore me!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I've gotten along well with all the dogs I've encountered during my time in foster care, however it's worth noting that I can be quite boisterous in my enthusiasm! - so if you already have a dog in residence a careful, supervised introduction will be the way to go.
I haven't met any cats so far.

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry-dogs. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
