About Beebee
Where to begin. This little man is as smoochy as they come. Beebee just loves everyone he meets. He gladly wraps around your legs, smooching, head butting and purring frantically as soon as he meets you. Beebee's former parents adopted him as an 8 week old kitten, and Sadly, through no fault of his own, he is now looking for a second chance at finding a family that really will be forever this time.
Beebee has never lived with other cats but responds so beautifully to them here at the clinic, where he regularly hangs out with the Clinic Cat, Precious, and tries to befriend the adoption kittens. He greets other cats with his tail straight up, purring and smooching. It's really hard to believe how anyone could let go of such a friendly, gentle little soul.
Beebee had been neglected and was quite underweight when he arrived at the clinic, but is now a healthy weight, eating well and ready to snuggle up next to you on the couch at your place. He has only ever lived indoors and would be perfectly suited to living in an apartment or indoor only home. He may like some outdoor access if there is a very secure area where he cannot get out . He is not streetwise and would not be suitable or a 'roaming' cat lifestyle. He is perfectly litter trained.
If you are looking for a cat who will run to greet you when you get home everyday, cuddle up next to you, kiss your face when you kneel down to him, and give you endless, unconditional love, then Beebee is your cat.
Medical notes
Beebee must only be fed a renal diet. He is currently eating Royal Canin Renal.
He will require monthly flea prevention and 3 monthly worming, as well as his annual F3 Vaccination.
Adoption details
Please contact the clinic and ask to speak with Rosie, our receptionist and cat adoption officer.
All cats and kittens adopted out from Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital MUST go to either an indoor-only home, or a home with a suitable cat-proof outdoor area or enclosure. Part of our mission is to make Sydney a better place for cats, their families and our precious wildlife. Part of that means responsible re-homing. We want our cats and kittens to go to the safest, most loving of homes. We don't want them exposed to risks such as getting hit by a car, dog attacks, cruelty from people, injury or death from cat fights or dog attacks, or contracting illness or viruses etc. We want them to live a long, happy and healthy life with their families, safe from harm :)
All cats come desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and with a beautiful pack of toys, a blanket, a bag of Royal Canin or Hills Prescription food and lots of information.
