Mornington Peninsula Community Animal Shelter
Meow, I'm Tommy! I'm a chatty young man with all the confidence that most ginger cats have. I am affectionate and playful and enjoy telling everyone about my thoughts (which are always happy!).
I love my food and get a real kick out of playing with toys and keeping my claws tidy on my scratching post. I don't sit still for very long - there's so much to see and do in life! I like weaving between my human carer's legs and having a brush with a kitty Zoom Groom. My medium coat is relatively knot-free, but brushing me on a regular basis helps me bond with my humans and also makes sure I stay looking handsome and healthy.
I have a passionate appetite and may have to watch my waistline as I get older. I do prefer tinned food to my dry food, and demand my food bowl be filled at every opportunity (even when I have crunchies left over). Given that I am extremely sociable and originally arrived to the Shelter as a stray, it is recommended that I be kept as an indoor kitty to make sure I stay safe and well.
I have had all my vet work done, including getting a microchip and being desexed. I have also been tested for FIV (and was thankfully negative), and have had an F3 vaccination, worm and flea treatment.
If you want a cheeky ginger boy in your life, I may be the purrrfect cat for you. Please submit an enquiry through Pet Rescue today to find out more.
Please email the shelter and ask for an Adoption Application Form.
All pets leave vaccinated, desexed, microchipped, flead and wormed.
Your new pet must be registered to the Shire that you reside in and we will provide you with the paperwork to do this before you pick up your new family member.
