Oscar The Grouch

Oscar the grouch was found by one of our inspectors in a bin all alone and covered in muck. We're not sure how he got there or why anyone would do that because he's such a sweet and sensitive little guy. He was rushed to the RSPCA to get all cleaned up and to find his fur-ever home. He's been getting a lot of TLC since arriving and he is such a smooch once you give him time to warm up to you. We think he would suit a quiet household where he can settle in and grow up in a peaceful environment. If you would like to give him the loving home he deserves, please contact us on 9209 9323.
