About Benny
Introducing Benny the 6 year old Border Collie that has just come into the rehousing program. The beautiful Benny has some special needs due to being a 3 legged boy. As a young fellow Benny unfortunately came to grief with a vehicle which led to his left back leg being amputated. Benny is a happy and active fellow that still loves to go for walks but this needs to be at his pace.
Benny loves travelling in the car so may suit someone that is looking for a companion and travel buddy. He is very people focused and love, love, loves pats and following you around.
Benny is not keen on little human beings so we are looking for a home that is free of children under 8 years of age. He would also prefer to be an only dog so he doesn't have to chase and wrestle with another pooch.
Benny will go to his forever home desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated.
If you think your home could be a match for this beautiful boy please contact Carolyn on 0427 221 231.

Medical notes
Benny is a tripod - 3 legged Border Collie. He had his leg surgically removed a few years ago.
He has fully recovered from this surgery but care needs to be taken with him so as not to put too much pressure on his solo back leg. Benny does not jump so needs to be lifted in and out of vehicles etc.
