Juno is a small and very brave girl. She came into care as an orphan with her siblings, she was only 1 week old and in clear need of a good feed and a warm home.
Juno is now 11 weeks and she came such a long way!
Juno is the smallest of the litter, weighing roughly 650gr at almost 3 months! She doesn't seem to know though and she acts like the toughest of them all. Juno isn't scared of anything, she will face anything without fear. She did her first steps towards a 25kg dog just to play with his nose.
Apart from being fearless, Juno is also incredibly loyal and loving. She likes to play with her siblings and then cuddle up with her human mama when she wants to have a nap or just get some cuddles. Because she was hand raised she really likes all people, she has proven to be really good with calmer and gentle young kids too.
Juno is pretty adventurous and curios of new things, she is always the first one to play with new toys or go meet new people, unless she's sleeping then of course she takes her time. Juno really likes company so she’d prefer a family that is often home and with a furry friend she can play with.
Juno is a little ball of energy and its hard to take good pictures of her, but please don't overlook her just because of her color or photos, she's a very fluffy beautiful girl and anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her in their family! Completing this application form does not place you under any obligation to adopt.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 2 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. The 10 day trial period commences once the animal is collected.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
