Hi! I’m Lassie! Everyone who has met me has fallen in love and wishes they could adopt me! The SAFE team says I would be wasted on someone who leaves me at home while they go off to work. All I want is company and cuddles. I will be your most constant companion! Then I can follow you wherever you go and even wait quietly outside the bathroom door for you :) It would be amazing to be able to give my love, quietly and companionably, to someone all day.

If we’re out and about, I can heel right beside my foster mum, even when I’m not on the lead. I come back as soon as she calls and naturally, I walk beautifully on lead too. I can sit, wait for my food and foster mum tells me I’m very smart :) I love her so much, I’d do anything to make her happy. She’s showing me how wonderful it will be to have a loving, permanent home of my own. And it’s awesome! She even has a clamshell and I just love playing with water in that.

I’m carrying a little extra weight at the moment we go for two 20 minute walks each day and foster mum is being strict with my food. My back leg was sore and I wouldn't bear weight on it but now I have lost a bit of weight it seems to be fine. It definitely doesn't stop me from having fun!
