Lacey is a lucky girl. She has been staying with our friends at Canine Evolution, PET RESORTS AUSTRALIA (TERRIGAL) & Dural for in-house training. She's such a popular girl and they have totally fallen in love with her 😍😍😍.
The time has come to find Lacey's forever family. She is a sweet young girl who has been quick to pick up the basics, and whilst still very 'excited' about life is learning to be calmer. Lacey would enjoy the company of an easy-going canine companion, or to be spoiled as the only pet in her new family.
Lacey used to chase then neighbours cat, so best that her new home doesn't have one. Little fluffy dogs or chooks maybe not ideal either.
Lacey has grown up with kids and loves to included as part of the family, whilst she is still getting a handle on not jumping up we think she would be best if any kids at her new home are aged 5+.
Lacey responds well to a female handler, but she has made some good progress with a male handler during her training. The adults in Lacey's new home will need to be firm and consistent with her as she can be a cheeky little bugger who will try to get away with something again and again if she gets away with it once.
Secure fencing is a must for all dogs adopted from MBRC, but Lacey has previously been a digger so it's super important your yard doesn't have any weak points she could dig out.
Lacey had mainly been an outside dog previously, but spending time inside in her new home as part of the family is important to us - Lacey's new family will need a little patience to work on house-training with Lacey (yummy treats will definitely help with this).
Lacey's new family will receive a training lesson with Trish the head trainer at Canine Evolution at Pet Resorts Terrigal so it's important that within a couple of hours drive of NSW Central Coast / Newcastle.
Lacey's adoption fee is $500. If you are located near Newcastle and would like to adopt Lacey please send the #bullycrew at Mini's Bulldog Rescue Club a message and submit an adoption dapplication https://www.minisbulldogrescue.com/apply
Lacey is a happy health young bulldog. Her adoption fee includes desexing, she is microchipped and has recently had a C5 vaccination.
If you're interested to adopt please take a few minutes to complete our online application form so we can get to know you
http://www.minisbulldogrescue.com/apply Applicants will be assessed in terms of best suitability for the dog. A meet & greet and yard inspection are essential parts of the screening process.
The first 2 weeks for every adoption is a trial period to ensure that both the dog and family are a good match. And once everyone is happy the dog's microchip will be changed across to the new family.
