About Jake 1674 & Toby 1675
Jake is a Maltese and Toby a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel X Poodle, 9 and 10 years old. They love to be in your company most of the day and will happily curl up nearby.
Toby is super curious and likes to check out everything you do. He is very playful and if you have a spare moment for a game, he will joyfully bound after soft toys. Jake will sometimes play, but especially enjoys going out for a quick patrol of the yard.
Both Jake and Toby have had unfortunate experiences in their past but they have come along in leaps and bounds. Toby lost an eye when younger after a car accident. Jake was dropped on his head by a child and, as a result, isn't comfortable around children. The boys aren’t suited to cats but they do now love to run around with other dogs at the beach and park.
Both boys enjoy a daily walk, especially Toby, and they will thrive with continued work on their social skills. They’re doing so well in their foster home and will need someone who can be patient and consistent with training (and house breaking) in their new home.
If you would love the company of two beautiful boys and are able to help them settle in to their new lives, please contact us by email today to apply!
Medical notes
Grain free diet & medicated shampoo to prevent itchy skin. Jake experiences arthritis in right hip.
