Meet Cleo, an older grande dame husky seeking a loving home so she can enjoy her graceful years with love and comfort.

This girl is an absolute lady with a beautiful nature and is still healthy and fit despite her ten years of age. She’s gentle and very friendly, and knows her manners, with ‘sit’, ‘shake’, ‘outside’ and ‘sit on your mat’ in her repertoire. She is also house trained and will walk to the back door when she needs to do her business. She’s a beautiful dark grey with lovely brown eyes.

Petite for a husky, she’s still got plenty of personality, loves her walks and enjoys bouncing around a bit (and will sometimes even bounce up on her people) but mostly she’s chilled out at home, preferring to sit on her mat right her person’s feet and not move too far. In typical husky style, she thinks playing catch or other games are quite beneath her, but she certainly loves her treats and would never turn her nose down at a pig ear to nibble on.

She is fine with children and dogs of all sizes, having grown up with a small dog, but possums, cats or pocket pets are on her ‘no fly’ list. In her older years, she’s become sensitive to loud sounds, but is really just looking for some humans to devote herself to and enjoy her older years in comfort and grace, as befits such a lady.
