Introducing Leo!
Leo has a beautiful nature, soft and affectionate, he is extremely fond of a cuddle and will lean right into you when its snuggle time. Leo enjoys his walks and play time with his foster siblings, he also enjoys a kong or bone a couple times a week.
Leo gets along well with adults and children alike and other dogs. Leo is crate trained, and is improving with his recall and other basic commands. Leo will make a great family dog and hopes he can find his pawfect forever home.
Medical notes
Leo had a fractured growth plate in his left hind knee, we have had this operated on and fixed however may cause arthritis in the joint in later years.
Adoption details
If you see an animal that looks like they could be your next pal, submit an Application Form. Once you have submitted the completed Application Form, a volunteer from the Pawfect Pals Adoption Team will be in touch. Please note, the animal you are interested in may not be available at the time you submit your application form, but we will always do our best to match you with another animal in our care.
When a suitable match has been found, we’ll arrange for the animal’s foster carer to give you a call, to discuss your potential new pal in further detail.
A home inspection is then carried out by one of our volunteers to ensure your new pal will be happy and safe at your home. We also encourage you to meet your potential new pal before beginning the trial period.
Once the adoption fee has been paid, you can take your new pal home and begin the 4 week trial. We are available for support and guidance during the trial period, to make the transition as smooth as possible for you and your new pal.
To apply for one of our animals, please complete an application form: http://pawfectpals.com.au/adoption-pals/apply/
