Purple got his colourful name from the colour of collar he wears to distinguish him from his many white siblings. Purple was part of a litter that had a rough start in life, having to be bottle fed as part of a litter of eight kittens that overwhelmed their poor mum. But like his stronger siblings, Purple is now thriving and because he has been handled by carers from his early days he is a confident and loving little boy.
Because of his white coat Purple will need to be an indoor cat - but that is the environment he loves, so he'll happily follow you around the house and be your warm, cozy companion when it's time to kick back and rest. While he is used to being around his siblings and other older cats, Purple is also happy to carve out his own path in life. He's fine in a busy household and doesn't mind being picked up to be cuddled and kissed.

Adoption details
All our cats and kittens are:
* desexed,
* micro-chipped,
* vaccinated and
* worm and flea treated.
ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE
We ask that you complete an Adoption Questionnaire before we make arrangements for you to meet a cat or kitten. This is to ensure that we find the best possible match for you and the cats/kittens in our care.
PROCEDURE
1. Please send an e-mail to: 2ndchancecatrescuevic@gmail.com
2. You will be e-mailed our Adoption Questionnaire
3. Complete the Adoption Questionnaire and send (e-mail) back to us.
4. If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
If the adoption is going ahead, we ask that you pay on the day of adoption the fee as stated on the cat's profile .
Please note that we only accept cash.
We hand over a signed Change of Ownership form which you will need to send to the Microchip company after the two week trial period has expired.
PLEASE BE PATIENT
2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a home-based rescue group and most of our volunteers are working full-time so we hope that you understand that it may take 1-2 days to get back to you.
