About Harry
Harry is a sweet and happy boy of four and a bit years old. There's a little bit of the puppy still in him. He loves to be part of a family.
Harry is a beautiful and perfect Border Collie. As such he is super clever! Also he is energetic. Normally he gets a walk each day of about 4 km.
He is good with children but a little nervous around the youngest children as he doesn't know what they might do. But from 8 years old and up he is a joy.
Harry has lived happily with other dogs and even cats and he does not hurt them. He does have a bit of fun chasing the cats though, so a home with cats is probably not best.
Harry needs a new home as his adopted parents split up and have fallen on very hard times. It's not ideal but this is why we always keep in touch with families to make sure our friends stay safe.
Can you give Harry a home? He could even do with a foster carer at the moment.
Harry is technically a purebred. His mother was rescued for an awful puppy farm and was pregnant at the time. He doesn't have any paperwork, of course, and if you're the kind of person who cares about purebreds anyway, we probably wouldn't like you to adopt Harry anyway.
Medical notes
Harry has no health problems.
Adoption details
All animals are adopted, never sold, and an adoption contract is required in each case.
We generally bring the animal(s) to you and reserve the right the inspect the housing and garden at this time. That marks the beginning of a 30 day trial adoption period.
We are committed to supporting you throughout the life of the animal you adopt, so we are here for advice or assistance where possible. We want you and your new family member to have a long happy life together so we will do what we can to ensure this.
