Hi my name is Pointer and I am a very special man that needs an experienced caring cat owner to adopt me.

I am a two and half year old male domestic short haired cat. When I arrived at the shelter I had a problem with one of my front legs which unfortunately the vets could not fix with surgery. The only option was to amputate.

Whilst I was recovering from the amputation a problem was noticed with my eyes and I needed further surgery on my eyes to correct my eyelashes from growing in toward my eyes.

But don't let the 3 legs and eye surgery fool you I am very active and love to run around. I love playing in the long cat tunnels and chasing ping pong balls. My vision is great now and the eye surgeon has advised I won't have any further issues.

I may in later life have some arthritis in my front leg due to overuse and I do need to be kept as an indoor cat to keep me safe.

I am very affectionate and give great cuddles however I do get a little too rough when playing so a home with no young children would be best.
