About Opie
Opie is a very sweet boy according to his foster mum. He loves giving kisses and cuddles and is very affectionate.
Oddball Opie is just as good at being a lounge lizard as he is at being a super playful bouncing ball. He loves hanging out with his "paw" family, from the older pooches, to being a role model daddy to the young pups. He just loves them all. The "paws" that meow don't turn his head and he doesn't mind giving the resident cats kisses. What Opie does love is hearing the words "in the car".
He is currently fostered with a large pack and has plenty of room to run, so will suit a home with a playmate and an interactive family. Opie knows basic commands like "gentle" and "sit", and while still a pup his recall and lead training are a work in progress. Opie is such a laid back boy and while he doesn't get stressed while you are out, he does love when you are home for snuggle time.
Opie is currently fostered in Parkes, NSW and is ready and waiting to find his perfect home.

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
