About “Tinky”, Petite and Plucky. Melbourne
Tinky may be small but she has a lot of sass! She swaggers along with her head held high, and is a real little dynamo. She can play fetch (unusual for a greyhound) for as long as you’re willing, and loves body-slamming herself into the water for a swim! Her favourite thing is going on an outing, either out for a walk or a nice long ride in the car. Tinky’s looking for a home where she can get out and enjoy the world as much as possible.
Tinky's fine with other dogs but much prefers humans. She likes to be the boss, so any dogs in her forever home will need to be submissive characters, and any children will need to be old enough to cope with her boisterousness. Tinky’s very affectionate, and has a long, floppy tongue for giving kisses, which often lolls out of her mouth as if it’s a size too big!
Tinky is currently part of PetRescue's Workplace Foster Care Program, so goes to work each day with her carer. She is now experienced in cosmetics manufacturing! But at the end of day (and mostly during the day) Tinky's favourite thing is sleep, more sleep and cuddles.
Tinky has a few scars and worn-down teeth as souvenirs of her former life, but when she looks at you with her big, brown eyes, you’ll realise that she’s 100 per cent perfect! She is a very quick learner and this pretty, plucky little princess is ready to swagger her way right into your heart.
