Thomas and his brother Jefferson (2045 who has since been adopted) are two spectacular looking brothers. Thomas came in a little shy and overwhelmed, but quickly decided that the pats and chin scratches on offer were pretty good. You can see how sweet and gentle this boy is from the video ♥
