He was very very loved and is looking for a home with just as much love to match what he is used to. Echo has the most beautiful singing voice and he isn't afraid one bit to show it off! Echo would suit a home with an aviary that allows for free flight with other cockatiels he can be friends with where he can chatter and sing the days away.
