About Juno ~ 1yo Jack Russell x Cattle (On Trial 22/5/17
Meet Juno! She is an approximately 1 year old Jack Russell x Cattle dog girl. Juno loves people and gets along great with other dogs.
Juno is such a fun girl and wants to be involved in everything. She loves her toys! Balls especially. But watch when the hose comes out! This girl loves to bite and jump at the water. It's hilarious!
Juno has been to the beach a couple of times and wasn't very interested in the water. She walks well on the lead and is currently learning basic commands. She knows her name and is learning how to sit. With more training, Juno will progress into a very smart, loyal and trusting dog.
She currently lives with 2 other small dogs and a Border collie cross who is her best friend. They play endlessly together. Juno would love another compatible playmate but she should be fine playing by herself and her toys.
Juno's yard has 5ft high fences which she has shown no signs of trying to jump. She has horses and cows on the other side, but finds the chickens a little bit too interesting!
Her foster home has a 6yr old boy and 1yr old girl who she gets along fine with. She sleeps outside with the other dogs in a large kennel and has access to inside when someone is home.
The best home for Juno would be either a family or an active couple willing to make her part of the family. She has a lot of love to give the right people who can continue with her training.
For more information or to meet Juno, please contact her foster carer Lauren on 0400 400 789 or email laurendare@hotmail.com. Juno is located 30 minutes north of Newcastle, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Juno's adoption fee is $450 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all of our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
