About Jaxx
Hi, so my name's Jaxx, and I'm looking for my forever home. I'm four years old, and, well look at me, I'm gorgeous!!
I originally found myself in DBBR's care because my sister left home, and I just couldn't cope with life without her. So for that reason, I really do need to have another girl in my life because dogs are the best! I am a little bit fussy though - my ideal woman will be my age or older & around my size.
I love people too, and, when out and about, I like to say hello to every person I come across. Humans of the little variety are also totally fine by me, particularly when they share their food with me. I’ve also lived with the tiny humans, and I was great with them.
Now I've never actually lived with a cat, buuuut I have seen them when out walking, and my foster mum doesn’t think I’d do well with one. I have lived with chickens though which were in a coup, and I was a totally good boy and left them alone.
I sound pretty much perfect don't I? Well I do have one little need: I just ask to be left inside with my doggie girlfriend when/if you go out. I get stressed being left outside when my humans go out, but inside? I’ll just sleep and cuddle with my my lady pooch. I’m a good boy and have great house manners (I won’t toilet inside or destroy your things), so your human kennel is safe with me! So I promise that's my only difficult quirk, and when you come home I'll do my best Chewbacca impersonation while I tell you about my day - I'm hysterical apparently.
My foster mum reports that I am one of the easiest pooches ever, and I'm getting more and more relaxed everyday, and, as she types this for me, I'm sleeping under her feet. I know she'll miss me when I'm gone, but when I find my forever family, she can help another dog like she did for me.
