About Apollo
Please meet Apollo.
Apollo is a very sweet young man. He is more than happy to spend his time sharing cuddles and kisses with his foster carers. He is very gentle and loves to snuggle on your lap. He is going to be a big boy so he is enjoying it while he still fits.
Apollo is currently in care with his 2 brothers. They love each other and enjoy getting into puppy mischief together. He is very cheeky and loads of fun to watch and spend lots of play time with.
It will be a huge advantage for Apollo to have a mature desexed doggy companion of similar size as a role model so he can learn what life is all about. He loves other dogs and is very social.
Considering the size he is going to grow to obedience training at this age will be a great way for him to learn important rules and boundaries before he becomes a big strong boy. He is a very smart and seems to be catching on quickly to the routine in his foster home.
Apollo will need a good sized yard with secure fencing so he will have lots of room to run, stretch his legs and go on his little adventures. daily walks will be good for him to receive plenty of socialisation and stimulation to prevent his getting bored.
Outings will be a great way for him to meet new people and stay in touch with the outside world.
In his foster home Apollo gets to spend a lot of time indoors and feels very safe and secure sleeping inside overnight. He is involved in his foster carers lives and is treated like a very important member of the family. We would be happy to see this continue for him in his new home to help him adjust and settle in quickly.
He is currently living with children and has no issue spending his time with them or sharing his toys.
He has not been tested with cats so a home with NO CATS would be preferred
If you believe you have a loving space in your home for Apollo we look forward to hearing from you.
Apollo is currently in Upper Ferntree Gully, VIC
Medical notes
Apollo has been desexed, microchipped and has had his 1st vaccination. He will be due for a booster on 27/5/17.
He has also received flea and worm treatment since coming in to care
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
