About Indy
Indy
Indy is easy-going and has great personality. She is an affectionate, gentle girl who will love nothing more than a relaxed lifestyle with some exercise daily to keep her fit and healthy. She is tweeny weeny little girl and still looks very much like a puppy. She has a unique mask, beautiful long eyelashes and very expressive eyes. Who needs anti-aging remedies when you’re forever young looking like Indy?
She is good with children, happy to lie in bed or on the couch, must be near people and a part of the family. In her past homes, she wasn’t allowed inside or even near people, so she is just catching up on her couch and cuddle time. Her favourite place to nap and sleep is anywhere near people she loves.
She is toilet trained, haven’t learnt to alert people to open the door for her. But if the door to the yard is open, she’ll know to go outside. Her basic obedient training needs a bit more work to be perfect but she already know sit and sometimes will come when called.
Her confidence could use some reinforcement. Dog parks are a bad idea for her as she is fearful of excited overly playful dogs. But with the correct introduction, she would be great friends to well-mannered dogs.
Her favourite toys are rope toys and soft toys.
She rarely barks but will bark when strangers approach the fence line.
Her ideal family would be someone who will not leave her at home all day, and has the patience to help her overcome some of her fears and boost her confidence. She will reward you with a lot of love and you’ll know it when she looks up at you with her big pretty eyes.
*** Must have another calm relaxed dog for company.
