Rhino

This adorable little puppy was born in Village Camp in Tennant Creek. He was one in a litter of six, who, with mum Juliette found themselves abandoned when he was only a couple of weeks old. We took the whole little family into care. Mum is now adopted and looking great. So now it is Rhino's turn to find his perfect family.

He is a quiet, sweet natured little guy who gets along well with all the dogs, from those his own age to the older dogs, who he treats with due respect. He loves to play with toys and wrestle with his littermates, and he also loves to have a sleep in the winter sun in the garden, or piled up in a bed with the other puppies.

Our dogs and puppies have a growing reputation for their intelligence, and their loyal, cooperative natures, and that is how Rhino is too. He is a great little fellow and really a pleasure to care for with his cuddly winning ways.

Our rescue and rehabilitation work happens in Central Australia, but because of the scarcity of adopters locally, our re-homing operation is in South Australia. Hunter's adoption fee includes crate hire, courier transport by road from Tennant Creek to Alice Springs, and a direct flight from Alice Springs to Adelaide.
