About Scout
Scout a is happy, young boy who loves to meet new people. He will sit quietly with you inside when it's time to chill, but loves to run and play with a fur friend when he gets the chance. One of his favourite things is to cuddle with his humans, but he is happy to spend the day exploring the yard while he waits for you to get home from work. Just be prepared for lots of excited tale wagging and running in circles when you come through the door!
He's not fussy with his food, so he won't be a problem at dinner time. Scout will sit, shake hands and wait for his dinner, but he is still learning to walk nicely on the lead. He is very responsive to training, so he'll master the walking thing in no time at all.
Scout would like a home where he will be an inside/outside dog and part of the family, and would be really happy if he had a friend to play with too.
Scout is in foster care in Rockhampton QLD. He can be transported for genuine enquiries.

If you are interested in meeting one of our animals we would love to hear from you.
Please email us at poundrescue@yahoo.com with a brief description of the family home you can offer - the number of adults and children in the home, other pets, how long the animal would be left on its own each day, whether your fencing is secure and so on.
Please then follow up with a phone call to Mariette on 0404491918 or Debra on 0412 698 117 and we will put you in touch with the animal's foster carer.
All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
