Ollie is a strong willed cat, he likes your attention but also enjoys solidarity.
Ollie will sleep on your bed with you and enjoy a short belly rub or head scratch, he loves to stretch out and lay just about anywhere in the house, He also loves chasing a laser pointer, chasing it up walls and throughout the house, he likes to play around with water, so be careful with his water bowl as he might empty it for you!
He’s a low maintenance cat as he’s not big on being held. Ollie will spend a lot of his time at various windows/doors, especially if opened (with fly screen!) for some fresh air.
He gets along fine with other cats, but would probably be happiest on his own where he can be the king of the house, he would be best suited to a quiet household without playful children.cat

Medical notes
The adoption fee includes de-sexing, micro-chip, current vaccination, flea and worm treatment while in care.
Ollie is a strong personality who needs a firm owner who will ensure Ollie is not allowed to be the boss of his household. Ollie is currently being weaned off prozac which he started in his previous household due to his naughty behaviour towards one specific family member. In the right household he should not need any behaviour modification medication..
Maneki Neko Cat Rescue would like to help ensure you and your new companion/s have a long and happy life together. Please be advised that if you should find that you are not a purrfect match, or if you need to rehome your new pet at any stage of its life, Maneki Neko Cat Rescue will take the cat back into care and find a new home.
Maneki Neko Cat Rescue provides a 7 day health warranty on all adoptions. Although all our cats and kittens are health checked prior to adoption, sometimes the stress of a new environment can upset their immune system
