About Rascal ~ border terrier, senior (On Trial 17/9/17)
Meet Rascal, 8 year old Border Terrier X. Rascal has a gentle and loving nature and is a real sweetheart. He is a very friendly with kids and adults, and loves to have a cuddle and be fussed over. He likes a walk but is happy to be a couch potato too. He sleeps on his own bed, but will snuggle up next to you if allowed.
Rascal would suit any family, couple or single person as he is an easy going little man. He is better to be an only dog as he does not get along with other dogs or cats.
For more information or to meet Rascal, please contact Victoria by emailing vdavies93@gmail.com. Rascal is in foster care in Edgeworth, NSW (Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Rascal's adoption fee is $250 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
