About Barney
**** BARNEY HAS BEEN ADOPTED :) ****
Barney is a gorgeous pup and around eleven months, he is most likely a Red Heeler/Kelpie cross.
Barney walks well on a lead, is friendly and well mannered with other dogs and people when out and about on on his walks with his foster mum along the river Murray, and follows all basic commands.... and learns quickly!
He loves going to tennis with his foster mum and is a hit with all her friends as he has such a happy, friendly outgoing nature.
Barney is in foster care in a home with another Red Heeler friend called Millie and gets one well with her. He is toilet trained and is sleeping inside at night - with a bed outside during the day so that he can snooze in the sun. He also travels well in a car.
He is not a barker, not fussy with his food and does not dig holes and seems to have a pleasant nature.
He has learnt to sit at street crossings and is not put out by large numbers of people or cars when walking. He loves to walk along the wetlands and meets other doggies on his travels with no problems.
He is a quick to learn, friendly, happy, handsome puppy and would fit into a home with an active single person, couple or a family - well anyone actually because I'm he's a pretty versatile pup!
We have not found any behavioural issues with Barney, he loves other dogs and people - he loves life ❤
Please note that Barney is being fostered in Victoria - please contact Deb for more information.
