About Luna
Josh Billings once said that “a dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than you love yourself” a sentiment that could not be more true than when you are with LUNA!
Luna is for want of a better word a “people person” she loves to be with you in all things. All things you love, Luna loves too! She enjoys cooking, cleaning, driving, office work, laundry, arts and crafts and socialising just to name a few.
Are you sick and tired of cleaning food off the floor? Luna is the dog for you! She is willing to eat all dog friendly human consumables, free of charge! In return all you will have to provide is a loving home…. and regular dog treats.
Are you looking to get bikini body ready for summer? Luna can help you with this too! Luna is the perfect motivation to stick to a consistent exercise plan! Best of all she will never tell you not to eat that second slice of chocolate cake, or judge you for wearing active wear to watch Netflix!
Dazzle your friends and family with Luna’s extensive obedience knowledge! A master of fetch, sit, drop, stay, high five, spin and catch she is sure to impress even the most obsessive cat people. She is also very happy to jump into her crate at speed for dinner or a peanut butter treat…. in fact, she would probably jump through a small ring of fire for a peanut butter treat. If she is in her crate or Kennel for an extended period of “alone” time she can initially (for 5 minutes) sing a song of protest, but upon your return and her release she will forgive you almost immediately for abandoning her to a life of destitute starvation. This song is easily curbed with the use of a plush toy or ball. Beware that decapitation of plush toy in crate is at own risk, when questioned Luna will definitely blame it on the cat… even if you don’t have one.
Luna loves most other canine companions but can get anxious when meeting new friends on a leash. And whilst people are Luna’s number one priority she does enjoy and will need the company of another gently but playful canine companion.
As for friends of the feline persuasion she is mostly ambivalent but can be obnoxious when introducing herself or saying “hello”. She can be slightly obnoxious when meeting new human friends as well, she just loves people so very much! but she is working on her people skills and getting better every day.
Mostly Luna is looking for a loving and active forever home with six-foot rabbit proof fencing, that can provide her with plenty of love and attention for the rest of her years. It does take her some time to really call a place home, so a patient parent is a must! If Luna is given the patience, time and attention she deserves she will never disappoint you! She will always try and do everything you want and more!
