About Wags
This is Wags an active very playful young boy who would greatly benefit from attending regular obedience classes.
Wags has energy plus and a walk and playtime are essential every day to help him burn some of this energy. Including training sessions into these walk times would be ideal.
He is learning to walk on a harness and we recommend continuing this training with the use of a front-clipping harness to improve his on-leash manners.
Wags is best in a home with confident children but we ask that you bring the whole family in to meet him to ensure everyone gets along.
He has got on well with other dogs here at the shelter but would need a Meet and Greet with any existing family dog. This way we can see if they can be friends.
All fences and gates need to be secure 5ft high and with no holes or gaps. Also a large kennel with soft bedding a day bed and an assortment of toys to keep him entertained when he needs to be on his own are all needed for his well-being.
If you are interested in Wags bring the family in to meet him!
