About Poppy
AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
POPPY | 4 1/2 month old | Female | Siberian Husky
Located Melbourne
Do you long for the pitter patter of tiny feet in you home? Are you stuck in a rut of everyday monotony? Don’t go out and buy a Ferrari !!
Look no further than the fluffy chaos that is our puppy Poppy! Poppy, unlike most puppies is a prodigal child blessed with brains beyond her years thanks to a dedicated foster family who have instilled the best of basic training…. Boost your ego by taking her to puppy school and watch as she struts her stuff while other mere mortals chase after their pups firmly telling them to “sit” or “drop”. Watch the mouths of the other puppy parents drop to the floor when Poppy sits, lays, stays, and comes all on command! And then like all good shows, close with a few of Poppy’s circus tricks like shake paw, roll over and high five!
Not only does Poppy show a certain talent for obedience she has also shown a passion for gardening. Channelled correctly you could have Poppy laying the ground work for Australia’s first dog made gardening or dog landscaping enterprise!
Poppy could also be in for the award of Australia’s most selfless dog because after a long day doing your garden and zoming around all she wants to do is crawl inside and snuggle up with you on the couch. She never argues with you about what your watching…. Nope she is happy to watching anything from the football to even the worst episodes of the Bachelor! I know right, what a Saint!
Or if you’re looking for a romantic night away from the children, Poppy is a built in Babysitter! Her love for children will entertain the youngest members of the family while you enjoy a moment of peace with your significant other…. Please note that any silence while poppy is baby sitting should be treated as highly suspicious and investigated immediately!
And don’t worry as I mentioned earlier Poppy is the prodigal child… She comes with pre-trained toilet training… Yes, that is what I said! She is ALREADY toilet trained, which is like the worst thing about puppies really. All you have to do is take her outside on her leash ( if needed ) and BOOM, a present left just for you! It’s basically magic.
After receiving your evening present head inside where Poppy can go to sleep in her crate. Happy as a pig in mud she will sleep all evening as long as her favourite toy 'Rah Rah' is there is keep her company. Don’t worry about loosing 'Rah Rah' she cleverly knows him by name and can find him when asked ( again she is like the Steve Jobs of dogs)
All of this and so much more! Poppy is basically all the fun of a puppy with all the hard stuff already done. She is the complete puppy package. All you have to do is supply a fun loving home and continued training.
* Keep in mind that Poppy must be welcomed into a home with existing brothers and sisters. She likes to Zoom and to Zoom to the best of her ability she needs a brother or sister to compete against!
This home must also NOT have small scampering animals like cats, squirrels or hamsters named Gary.
******* Please only apply if you meet ALL the requirements for Poppy stated in her profile.
