About Izzy and Charlie
Introducing Izzy and Charlie.
This adorable senior couple are an absolute delight to spend time with. They are both incredibly loving and affectionate and would love to find a home where they will be loved and pampered for the rest of their days.
Izzy and Charlie recently came in to our care. They have been checked over by the vet they were surrendered to and seem to be in really good health for their age.

From what we have learnt about them, they are both incredibly loving, still quite lively and enjoy the odd play with each other. They both seem very happy, motivated and enthusiastic.
They are currently living as indoor dogs and considering their age this will be a must for them in their new home. They are both toilet trained and have very nice manners when they are indoors.
Being out each day for a short walk is exciting for them. They like saying hello to the local neighbours and they go for a stroll around their carers neighbourhood. Every one who meets them think they are a very sweet couple. They have been friendly with all the dogs they have met while they have been in our care but we are hoping to find them a home with no other dogs so they can receive loads of love and attention.
They are not at all fond of cats so will be looking for a home with NO CATS!
Izzy and Charlie are looking for a home together and separating them is not an option. They have been together for a very long time and will be looking for a home where they will both be welcomed as important new family members. They may not have too many years ahead of them but we will be determined to make sure they are happy and loved in their twilight years.

Medical notes
Izzy and Charlie are both desexed and were vaccinated when they came into our care. They have also recently received flea and worm treatment. We are unsure if they have ever been treated for heartworm.
Izzy has a slight limp in one of her hind legs but this doesn't seem to cause her any pain or distress. She also has slight cloudiness in her eyes which the vet believes is not affecting her eyesight at this stage.
Charlie has a small lump which has been checked by the vet. We have been told it is just a fatty lump which is common in older dogs and not harmful to him in any way.
Considering their age they both seem to be in very good health
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
