About Gizmo
Wonderful Winston is a very friendly outgoing adult dog, who requires plenty of exercise and attention to help keep him from becoming bored and destructive.
Whilst Winston knows how to sit he is in need of further training.
He will need a home with an Experienced dog owner who has the time and energy to keep him on track. With Winston's enthusiasm for life, as well as his, bouncy and dominant nature we strongly recommend he goes to a home WITHOUT small children.
Along with further obedience training Winston will also need twice daily exercise and plenty of activities to help prevent him from becoming bored and destructive.
High secure fences are a must to keep this active man safe and sound.
With the right hand Winston will continue to bloom in to a well-adjusted dog and will prove to be a very loyal and loving companion.
Adoption details
Taking on a pet is a long-term commitment. Before adopting it is essential to research what type of animal would best suit your home and lifestyle.
All animals waiting for a new home can be found on the shelter website, or by visiting the shelter in person. All animals available for adoption are ready to be adopted straight away.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Campaspe Animal Shelter is making some operational changes, in place from Friday, 27 March.
Our team of staff and volunteers will continue to care for all animals at the shelter. Access to our services will now be by appointment only:
- Adoptions
Monday to Friday we will have two sessions a day available
10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday
10am – 12pm
- All other services such as, surrenders, stray animals, reclaims and microchipping
o Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm
o Friday 10am – 4.45pm
o Saturday 9am – 1pm
o Sunday and public holidays 10am – 12.30pm
