About Chief
Chief is a Staffy mix and we do think he may be on the larger side when fully grown. He was rescued from Kempsey Pound, along with his brother Zac and currently in foster care on a farm in Wauchope. Chief is a very happy, playful and confident pup who sees life as one big adventure.
Exploring with the kids, bike riding, water play and car rides are just some of his favourite things to do. He has great social skills with other dogs, is eager to please you and has lovely manners.
As with all our pups, Chief will need a home where he is part of the family and included in family activities and outings.
All young pups should be socialised well with other dogs and learn basic commands through Puppy school and further training. In turn, you will have yourself a happy, well socialised and beautiful mannered adult dog.
Chief is available for adoption now and looking forward to choosing his forever home. Please answer the questions listed below in the 'Adoption Process' to organise a meet.

Chief does have an overbite - where the upper jaw is longer than the bottom jaw, meaning his front incisor teeth are mis-aligned. He has had both bottom canines removed and at about 6months, once adult canines erupt, he will need to be monitored by vet to ensure they dont grow into his soft palete. This is something that can be treated.

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
