Moana

Moana is a very loving, affectionate and intelligent puppy who has a bundle of energy! After busting out of a country pound less than a couple of weeks ago she has already learnt basic commands and is doing really well on a lead. She loves meeting other dogs and new people and can still become a bit excited at times but she is learning the appropriate behaviour for various situations. She is eager to learn and please and loves her treats, so will work hard and even show off to everyone for them!

Moana has a high drive for things that move so her favourite game of fetch is helping her stay focused and helping her burn off some of that puppy energy. She has learnt very quickly that there is a time to play and a time to be quiet. She knows that inside is quiet time and loves to chill out in the lounge room with all her furry foster family including cats and kittens. She sleeps soundly in her crate at night with the door open for toileting and will often go in her crate for naps during the day if she isn't napping on her day bed with her toy rooster.

Moana would love a home with a family who understands her breed and is willing to continue to work with her on her training. An active person or family that has the time to give her enough exercise and provide her with the mental stimulation she needs would be ideal. Moana has already shown that she is a loving and loyal family member in her foster home and is looking for her forever home once all her vetwork has been completed.
