About Tonka
Tonka is a lovely, sweet gentleman.
Beautiful on the outside, Tonka is just as beautiful on the inside and he is so excited to find his forever home. If you want a happy boy who really can't wait to say hello and give you a big kiss when you get home! Tonka might be the one for you!
Tonka loves to spend time with his humans. He is polite with other dogs. However, he likes the attention all to himself. So, would be suited to a single dog home. No cats for Tonka either. Lots and lots of humans!
Fine by himself at home for brief periods. As long as you give him things to keep him entertained while you are away, he will be happy. However, Tonka would like people who are home more often than not. As he loves his humans, it wouldn't be fair for him to be home alone all day. He is great with kids too!
Tonka has basic obedience and will sit patiently while waiting for his meals. Tonka walks well on the lead, with the use of a halti - he enjoys a walk a day and games in the back yard. But, what he loves more to sit on the couch with you and snuggle!

Adoption details
Our adoption process is about finding people and pets their perfect match. Please email us for an application form. A completed application form is required to enable us to ensure the pet you are enquiring about is suitable to your lifestyle and needs. We will not move forward to the meet stage, without a completed application form.
Once a completed application form is received, we will review and be in contact.
If the pet you're applying for is suitable to your lifestyle and need, we will arrange a meet and greet.
Please note all our animals are in private foster homes. We do not have a shelter. Therefore all meets are by appointment only.
