About Emma DL1621
Hi, my name is Emma and I’m about as gorgeous as they come! I’m not just a pretty face though, I’m a clever, friendly girl and great company.
A typical Husky, I am bright as a button and quite the chatterbox; I love to say Good Morning to you each day… and I get so excited for walk time, it often spurs on a beautiful rendition of the song of my people until we get out the door!
My energy level is usually moderate, though I do have spurts of excitability and I like to keep busy so I don’t get bored. I adore tummy rubs and if I know one is coming, I fall straight to the floor with a thud every time!
I’d love an active, confident owner who can continue my training & keep up my grooming. I’m good with other dogs and have been learning how to interact with my carer’s cat, though I’m not suited to other small animals. I am good with new people and was a star at the recent adoption event! I haven’t been kid tested, but as I can find unexpected pats a bit uncomfortable, I may be better suited to more grown-up family members.
I enjoy having you around to hang out with & I don’t quite know how to play yet, but I’m trying! I have my favourite spots to chill out; sometimes foster mum finds me lazing on the floor or resting on the couch, keeping an eye on the front door… other days I make myself comfy out on the grass. I can't wait to find my new fave places in my forever home!
