About Saffron ~ female BC x Kelpie pup (On Trial 13/4/17
Stunning Saffron is looking for her forever home. This lovely 12 week old border collie x kelpie puppy will turn heads wherever she goes. Her stunning blonde coat is soft and silky.
Saffron is a very gentle, affectionate girl that just wants to please everyone. She will lick you and snuggle with you for as long as you let her. Blondes do have a lot of fun. She is learning how to sit and is working on toilet training. She is a smart little pup. She loves other dogs and loves to play with them. She is ok with cats at the moment but can be a little too focused on the chickens so no homes with birds.
Saffron is an energetic pup and will require a lot of exercise and training. She will need lots of toys so she doesn’t get bored. I can picture this girl going to the beach or on bush walks often. Soaking up the great out doors and being spoilt. Like all puppies she will benefit from puppy preschool and ongoing training. She would probably excel at agility.
As Saffron is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
Saffron is an incredible girl and will be very popular. We all need a fun blonde in our life. If you think you can offer Saffron a perfect home with all the extra comforts she desires then please send a copy of the adoption questionnaire (links below) to my email amanda.rescue1@gmail.com

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
