Mickey Rourke

WOW what a large presence in such a tiny physique.

Mickey is a beautiful little man looking to spend his autumn years with a loving family. He has been in our home for only a short period of time and we have fallen completely in love with him. He has great manners is very polite listens to and understands commands.

Mickey loves to sit and watch you eat although I'm sure he'd be happier sharing a plate of food with you therefore any soft leftovers would be very much accepted. He is very happy to sit next to you on the couch or have a nap in his bed when he's not outside exploring the great outdoors. For such a little body it's hard to keep him any distance away from you because those big beautiful eyes are irresistible.

He is a very social little boy and relates well to other dogs although he'd be very happy on his own to have all of the attention for himself. He loves the company of people and it doesn't seem to bother him when new people are around the more the merrier! Just shower him with love and hugs - but be prepared for some protest when you pick him up and then try to let put him down !

Don't be discouraged by Mickey's small and lightweight body because he is just so adorable and love at first sight is inevitable. Put him in your handbag (just kidding) and carry him around with you everywhere because you won't be able to leave him alone for too long. Those big beautiful eyes of his will be looking longing at you and appreciating your company every second of the day.
