Matamis

Matamis is a very curious boy who loves to bury his bones in the dirt! This makes us laugh with the little black beard he gets afterwards, which requires a daily face wash.

Every morning he has to say hello to the whole family and loves a cuddle. If he doesn't get his daily walk, he's full of energy and can be a real wriggler.

Matamis literally smiles as he runs. Good on lead but has no road sense. If there's another dog around, he has to meet them and say hello provided they are the same size. he gets a little intimidated with larger dogs and will bark at them. He'll need a family that will continue with raining and doggy socialisation to ensure he's confident and happy around dogs of all sizes.

His house training is coming along nicely and is pretty good with it, although occasionally needs to be prompted to go outside. Very treat focussed, his training will come easy and knows how to sit and is learning roll over.

This boy enjoys a good play and loves tug o war and playing with his toys. He's also people oriented and loves to hang out & interact with you. Matamis is not suited to being left alone and will require a home with another doggy companion or someone home most days. A family that will include his in their life and be allowed inside to sleep and laze around with his pack.
